It is not a medical device, is not a substitute for professional medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always follow the treatment plan prescribed by your healthcare provider.

Our 2-hour forecasts have a mean absolute error of approximately 18 mg/dL on benchmark datasets. Real-world accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of your data. The more consistently you log, the better our model can learn your personal patterns.

Dexcom G6/G7, Abbott FreeStyle Libre 2/3, Medtronic Guardian, and Eversense. We also integrate with leading insulin pumps including Omnipod, Tandem t:slim, and Medtronic 670G/770G. Apple Health and Google Fit are supported for activity data.

Your CGM app shows you what your glucose is right now. Insu-Lens shows you what your glucose is likely to be in the next 2 hours, based on your personal patterns, your recent activity, and machine learning trained on data from thousands of users. We surface insights your CGM app doesn't.

Yes. Insu-Lens needs to receive data from your CGM and run forecasts. If you go hours without your phone, you'll see a gap in your data and reduced forecast accuracy when you return.

Uninstalling removes the app from your device but does not delete your account. Your data remains in our system until you explicitly delete your account via Settings → Account → Delete account (or via the web deletion page).
